2. Changes/Updates

-After you fill out your customer questionnaire explaining what you want in your website, we will get to work. Once you have seen your initial design there will be up to 3 rounds of changes.

The first round is major changes that you'd like to see. (i.e. new graphics, new layout, new position of navigation or menus)

The second round is minor changes you'd like to happen. (i.e. Different colors, different pictures, new content or writing)

And the third round is putting the final touches on everything before going live with your website. (i.e. finalizing colors and graphics, making sure all your content is correct, preparing for launch)

3. Support

-While the design process is going on, we will here to talk with you and address your needs and concerns. Just pick up the phone and call! Once your site is built, if it suddenly breaks for some reason, we will help troubleshoot the problem for you.
